Hello and thanks for this new forum. We picked up our 369RL Solitude the last day of September and took off on a short trip two days later to shake it out. We found a couple of things for the dealer to take care of, but nothing major. We did have the dealer upgrade the original tires to load range G tires, and had them replace the original microwave with a convection/microwave before we picked the unit up.

My wife and I have been RVing for about sixteen years. We had a 27' Mobile Scout 5th wheel, then a 35' Hitchiker Discover America which we loved, but thought we wanted to go motorized so we went with a class C Winnebago, then a class A gas Winnebago, a 34' travel trailer (for one trip) and now our Grand Designs Solitude which we really like.

We have seen very few of the Grand Designs models on the road but know that will change as more people see them and give them time to come out with new floorplans - which they are doing.

Hope to visit with you online and on the road in the future.

Austin & Sarah

Welcome to the forum. I also own a Solitude 369RL, bought it in February. I have had a few minor problems but nothing major that cannot be fixed. I have put about 5000 miles on my Solitude already and am planning to go many more places with it. I like it better than any other RV I have had.

Thanks for the welcome, look forward to being a good contributing member of the forum and enjoying our Grand Design Solitude.

Hey neighbors! And welcome to the forum :)
We live in Louisiana, and just may see you on the roads in Texas!

Hey Renee,

We travel to CENLA to see our son and his family. Have not found a good place to bring an rv in the Pineville/Alexandria area yet, but are still looking. Thanks for the shout out and hope to see you on the road.

Sarah
