Not sure if this is the right area, but one of our ceiling speakers seems to be blown. Has anyone replaced these yet? Any tips on removing them?

Haven't changed any speakers yet.
I would contact Grand Design to send a new speaker out to you with instructions on how to change them

Yeah, I am going to give them a shout tomorrow. Still having issues with the thermostat sometimes reading zone ones as being 32 degrees causing the AC not to run that I need to talk to them about anyways.
