I am new to the forum and have purchased a 2024 Solitude 380FL. I am sure this sounds familiar, after a couple of weeks with the Compass Connect working perfectly, suddenly, I when I tried to use it again, all the devices were off-line. After trying a number of the ideas found in other posts, I went looking for the “sticker” with QR Code, which is supposed to show the Device Name and password; yes, not knowing any better, I had peeled the “sticker” off the panel and had thrown it away! I read there is a second sticker “somewhere”, so I searched everywhere and think I found it on the Unity Board. See pictures, attached.
The picture is a little blurry but you can see there are two stickers there with one of them indicating “Customer”. The Device Name on the sticker is the same one that shows when I do a search in the App for Compass devices so that was encouraging. However, if you look at the Password on the sticker, it is a 6-digit number. I tried using it in the App and it said the format needs to be at least 8 characters.
Maybe some other characters need to be appended to the 6-digits? Any thoughts about if this is even the right place to get the information the App needs to connect to the trailer??
