Sugestion on replacing Imagine 2150 2019 Battery

My battery has been heating up on my last trip .So on turn the power off called the dealer said I will probally will need a new battery.So I was thinking on lithium Battery.The battery that came with our TT
Quick Start Deep Cycle V24DC7 550 CCA 140 RC .
Looking for sugestion

Lifepo4 is the way to go but it's the most expensive option. There are many post on this. I suggest using the search option.
Lead acid, AGM, dual 6v or a few other options.

If your battery is in fact "heating up" there is a problem you need to find out about first. Likely a charger running at too high a voltage or current. Look into the cause before replacing the battery or it will be for naught. Also take your present battery out and with a full charge have it load tested. A NAPA parts store would do that for you.
 
Check the water levels in the battery. They might be running low.

How often do you camp w/o hookups? If your current battery was adequate just replace it. The next option would be dual 6V golf cart batteries. If you go lithium you need to replace the converter.

Thanks,I'll been looking lifepo 4 but will look into whats making my battery heat up .I took it out and have on trickle charger till I bring it to the dealer.
 
Thanks for the information.This was the first time went camping with out hook up .But had Inverter Generator to keep us powered.
