Suggestions on 321bh

This is my first trailer, we love it and don’t want to sell but my seasonal campground BLEW UP the costs so we are considering just selling instead of moving or putting it into storage.

It’s a (pre Covid build) 2021 Transcend xplor 321bh. It has only seen the road on the trip to the site it’s sits on. Everything on it is in great condition and well taken care of.

I looked at the sites to see its value but have no clue how to go about selling it for a fair price. Can anyone give me any suggestions on how to go about getting what it’s worth if we choose to sell. I talked to the dealer and their offer seemed low but fair if I didn’t have a choice until I looked at what they were selling the same trailer for in no where near as good of condition.

JD Power shows a retail value for your coach of $21,250. You may get more or less depending on condition and options. There are quite a few guides to selling an RV available online.

I’ve been trying to find a good guide for this but I havnt been able to find one that is actually helpful. Anyone have one or some tips?

When I sold my trailer I used rv trader as a guide for price.

It looks like it’s around 23-25k value in its condition. Much worse than mine are selling for 19-22k. A dealer connection I found told me mine would be put it up for around 27-28k but put it on “sale” and take less. (But they won’t give me anywhere near that much.)
