Received a call from a shipping company today to schedule a delivery of a 38lb 17cu ft package from Grand Design. OK, I hadn't ordered anything other than a replacement black tank flush inlet port and I received a complete new Nautilus panel. The only other thing I asked for was a piece of luan for the floor of the bathroom vanity cabinet covering the heat duct which I had to ruin to remove and correct a manufacturing defect where the duct flange was not properly screwed to the floor and I was getting no furnace heat in the bedroom despite the bedroom AC thermostat reading in the 90s. I'm not sure what is being delivered tomorrow.

My guess is that they are sending you the necessary stuff to repair your existing trailer, and then following up with a brand new trailer, fresh from the factory.......allowing you to sell your existing trailer for a huge profit!

Still waiting but when I told DW she had a classic response - Hope it's not an invoice:biggrin1:

Well suspense over. 4x8 sheet of stained luan to match the floor inside the vanity. That should give me enough left if I should mess the first piece up......

They shipped you a whole sheet of plywood???!!! I would think it would have been cheaper and easier to reimburse you for buying one at Lowes.

Yep, but it was stained and finished to match the trim - I think the box weighed most of the 38lbs:)
