Surround sound

I just purchased a 385 and can't get surround sound to work on living room tv. dealer says it will only work if i buy another type of cord. were they set up this way?

We are picking our 385th up on Sat and going through it to see how to work everything. I will check that out and let you know. Well I hope to pick it up Sat. They are installing different tires on it before I roll it of the dealer parking lot.

Surround sound will work when playing a dvd.....

It is not set up to play the TV sound itself. You would need to hook up audio out from TV to audio in on surround sound system.
