T V not working

I have a imagine 23 lde 2024 the télévision doesnt t scan any Channel ,I tried with a portable antena and I had a Channel, does anyone know How to test or How is the tv booster is supposed to be connected or have any clue thanks

Is the booster on? There is a tiny, hard to see button on the plate the cable comes out of, that turns it on....usually a little red LED that lights up to indicate.

.....plus..... be sure to position "any" directional (OEM King?) antennae toward the most OTA placed tower(s) direction as possible.

Today I called gd and they sent me a print off the tv cable routing for the imagine I just had to plug the wire at the good place now the tv has a few Channel
