Table Strap

My table has a long strap to secure it when traveling. Are there instructions or a correct way to secure it? The strap is pretty long.

I have been strapping it just one time over the top. I forgot to strap it coming home yesterday and it didn't move even with some disturbingly rough roads and a couple sneaky quick turns (construction zones on the interstate). I would hate for it to get away and start beating up the interior though, will definitely do a better interior walk around before taking off next time. Dealer never even mentioned there was a tie down, found it on my own after getting it home the first time.

Thanks. I guess thats why it's so long. I had been strapping the base. Same for me on the dealer.

When we picked up our 2800BH, the table strap was just wrapped around the table legs.
