Howdy all... After about three months since our last trip, I set up the trailer this weekend to find our table has warped. I’ve not been collapsing it when not in use, but wouldn’t have expected this. Anyone else have an issue like this?

Hopefully the attachment works - attempting to upload from my phone while enjoying the great (but chilly) outdoors!

Have a great weekend, all.

Best,
-Sam

Wow
Contact GD. I am sure they would send out a new table

Easy fix

This is a common problem for all brands. Humidity and heat together cause it. The humid air cannot pentrate the top surface due to the top being non porus. It can only penetrate the bottom. This causes it to warp. As a prevenative measure some have put formica etc on the bottom to seal it up with good results.

Once it has already happened, it can be brought under control by removing the hardware and weighting it down to force it slowly back into shape. Then attach reinforcements of your choice on the bottom to keep it straight. I had some 2x2 Aluminum angle 1/4" thick handy, so that is what I used.

Did you ever get this resolved? We have a 2021 Reflection 311bhs and ours is warping as well.

Thanks,
Heber

No, but haven’t tried… After that trip, I made sure to store it folded down and that helped some. What has helped the most is having the kiddos lay on it in the mornings! It’s not 100% back to flat, but it’s back to being usable.

Sorry, not much help!

Cheers,

Just brought ours home a week ago, my son noticed it is warped like that. I am hoping they can just send us a 2023 table, from the pictures it looks to be solid surface.

Not a solid surface - I think it's a laminated panel with a "live edge" (aka decorative) trim. Being the Xplor model, they skimp on certain things that the nicer models would have higher quality components :ohwell:

I started dropping our table when in storage and thankfully it has flattened itself back out! I'll be curious if Grand Design sends a new table. Good luck!
