Talk about nice surprises.

Last week I received the welcome letter from Grand Design with the thumb drive inside. I reviewed the documents on the thumb drive and realized that in all the mountain of documents given me by the dealer, there was no owners manual. There were manuals for all of the components but not an actual owner's manual. Well without even asking, the next day, a very nice owner's manual arrived in the mail. My thanks to the Grand Design team for taking care of me without me even knowing I needed taking care of.

You should have received a hard copy GD Owner's Manual AND a separate manual for all the Lippert components.
Both are on the thumb drive, I understand. I got one but haven't looked at it.

I got my thumb drive two days ago, and it did have just those two manuals on there. It's still nice to receive something like this. I never even got a bag to put all my manuals in the last camper we had. Is the little things that I like. It's not much, but it is something.

Keep up the good work Grand Design, you will always have loyal customers at this rate.
