Tankless water heater

I am new to this RV thing. I am trying to winterize my 2024 grand design 2970 RL I can’t figure out how to winterize the tankless water heater and I don’t know if I’m supposed to close those valves.

Welcome to the forum, glad to have you aboard. My approach is to start with blowing out the system with compressed air. Generally, I use the City Water panel setting for that. It depends on which water heater you have for the next step. The Furrions (which is what I have) have a drain plug. I start by pumping in the pink stuff until it comes out of the drain. Then I replace the drain plug and pump in pink stuff running the hot water faucets and the shower with the valve to the HWH still open. As far as I know, the Girard HWH doesn't have a drain plug, so step two should work for it. Let us know if you have more questions.
