TCL TV turns on by itself after power out/ back on

Hi there! I searched but haven’t seen this topic….
We have a new 337RLS.
When we reconnect power (or when power starts up again after outage), the TCL TV turns itself on automatically at top volume! This happens even when TV was off prior to power turnoff.
Does this happen with your TV?
Any hints on how to prevent this?

Take it out of “demo” mod and then “reset” it
Should be good to go after those steps

Oh, wow! Now I’m embarrassed…. Didn’t even occur to me there was such a thing as demo mode. Just thought we had a “haunted” TV.

Semi related but our first trip out this year, the TV would turn on with the remote, but it locked up after that. Long story short, the remote batteries were worn out.

Oh, that's a good idea, too! We'll replace the off-brand batteries that came with the new RV with new brand-name batteries.

When we first got our unit, same thing happen with me. I did the full factory reset on the INSIDE TV, but forgot to do the outside TV.
Then one morning, I was wondering "What the hell is that noise outside?
Ding, ding, ding.... I forgot to reset the outside TV.

I’ve tried doing that and either I’m doing it wrong or my trailer has ghosts living it it. Lol. I just unplug it after we are getting ready to leave a campground.
