Tepid water at faucets on electric power setting

We just got our 21 imagine 22rbe yesterday and had plenty of hot water last night with both gas and electric turned on and using pump and fresh water tank. Today, on city water and w gas turned off water is barely tepid at all faucets. Any thoughts or suggestions as to why? We checked breakers and when we opened the relief valve at the outside water heater controls, the water is plenty hot.

Do you have an outside shower? Are the taps off?
