Theater Seat Legs Not Touching the Floor

We just got our 2021 Imagine 2600rb home. We noticed that one side of the left theater seats legs are not touching the floor. It appears not level when looking at it. We can't find out where to level the seats or is that possible? Neither seat is secured to the floor. We see the two screws into the floor but not connected to the seats at all. Do they need to be secured to the floor? Thanks!
