We will be dropping our reflection off at the dealer for some small repairs when we return home from an upcoming trip.
Do you guys feel comfortable leaving vacuum cleaner, tools etc on board, or do you remove anything of value when you leave.

Thx
John

if you feel like you can't live with out it, take it out. That's what we do. But we have never had any problems.

The security level probably varies widely from dealer to dealer (locked lots, unlocked lots, night lighting, etc.), but even with reputable dealers thefts occur. Our 293RES was at the dealer’s lot for repairs noted during the PDI and had the TV stolen. There was damage to the wall where the mounting bracket was ripped away. Unfortunately, I didn’t think it was necessary to do a second walk-through after repairs and was not aware the theft until the rig was parked and opened up at my home. Although it is a hassle unloading, I would not leave personal belongings in the camper when it is with the dealer.

Thanks for all your responses, we will play it safe.

I removed almost everything from my unit before I brought it in just in case. Normally I would not remove the pots/pans but at the time the plan was to gut the entire trailer to replace the flooring which meant taking out all the lower cabinets.
