Can anyone tell me the model of toilet used in my 2024 Reflection? I would like to find a schematic and order a spare seal for the flush. Is this the same part used in a dometic 310?

If I remember correctly, you need to separate the bowl from the base to replace the seal. Disassembly is not necessary with the Dometic 310
According to the GD parts lookup site, it's a Thetford Aqua-Migic Sytle II toilet:

As mentioned, should be the Aqua Magic and you do need to split it to change the seal. Whomever Thetford switched to to supply their seals was a bad move. The seals seem to last only a third of the life they used to, even if you condition them. I swaped in a Dometic 320 and have no regrets.
I have the Thetford Aqua Magic II. For whatever reason I cannot keep the "waste ball seal" (the one that holds the water in bowl) working. This will be the third one since 2021. Actually, it needed replacing last year. Additionally, I only use my RV during the months of Oct, Nov and the first two weeks of December. I always used plumbers' grease and left the bowl holding either water or antifreeze.
To help the seal live longer add some oil, enough to cover the seal. We use what ever is in the kitchen. Add to an empty bowl and let it soak for about 3 hours. Our seal is just starting to give after 10 years.
We decided when it comes time to replace the seal that we will get the Dometic 310 or 320. That time is almost here
We replaced the Thetford toilet in our 31MB after the second seal went bad. We installed a Dometic 310 less than a year ago and have already had to replace the seal. The seals I bought were much more flimsy than the oem and I couldn’t install. Cleaned the original real good then soaked in hot water. I got another couple os trips out of it but now time to replace. I’ll attempt when not as hot and my patience aren’t as thin.
