We've used our trailer a handful of times, but I have spent the last week living in it out on some property we own. I've noticed that after doing the dishes I get gray tank smell coming from the bathroom. I believe the smell is coming from the vents that are low on the bathroom walls leading into the underbelly. I don't see any water coming from the underbelly, so my guess is the vent for the galley tank has come loose and the only thing entering the underbelly is the smell.

I typically fix most things on my own, but I really don't want to rip out the underbelly and deal with that mess. I know that there have been several threads on various tank leaks. What has the end result been after the repair? Does the dealer cut a hole in the underbelly material or do they remove the whole underbelly and put it back like the factory? My trailer spends allot of time out on our property and in is very important i keep things sealed up.

Does anyone know where the galley tank is exactly and how the vent connects? I don't want to have to haul this thing back 250 miles for this...

In our Reflection, all tank vents are accessible in the utility area behind the removable panels...they pass through a rubber grommet into the top of each tank and join together into a single vent line to the roof routed in the bathroom wall behind the toilet. Another possibility of odor could be the air admittance valve on the drain line in the bathroom vanity and under the kitchen sink. They're easy to replace and available at Home Depot or Lowes.

It sounds like your air admittance valve has failed in the bathroom. Ours did too. It's a very simple fix if it's bad. I posted about a year ago on this topic and included photos.

Thanks for the suggestions. I don't think it is either of the air admittance valves as I poured a bunch of water down the kitchen sink and crawled under both cabinets and didn't smell anything. I will be away from the trailer for the next three weeks or so and will keep investigating when I get back.
