Thomas Payne cup holders for power recliner

I have two of the cup holders in the Thomas Payne reclining couches, it controls the power recliners, heat, massage, and LED lighting. Paid $200 with shipping a couple of years back. Will sell one for $100 and I will cover shipping in the USA. also have the other electric parts for the couches. Make me a offer.

We have same type of recliners. In one, the heat stopped working. The red light goes on but no heat. Unit is less than a year old. Would this be addressed to GD warranty?
Thoughts?
