Thomas Payne Theater Recliner Stuck!

My 2019 Sokitude has Thomas Payne theater seat recliners. I laid back in it last night to watch TV. When I went to retract the recliner it would not retract? Everything is plugged in and the heat, under chair lights, and vibrate mide work. Has anyone had this issue and what did you do to resolve it? Thanks, Chris

When that happened to me it was a bad switch in the arm of the chair. But on mine nothing worked, no light, heat etc. so maybe different issue. I had to remove 4 bolts connecting the footrest mechanism to the lifting gears underneath in order to manually lower the footrest so I could put the slides in to get home.

The power went out to mine while I was reclined, made it interesting to get out!
