We got home yesterday and today we emptied, scrubbed inside and outside and tucked our 337 away until we go away for New Years Eve.

11,800 miles, 33 states plus Ontario in 3 months and 6 days. Man am I tired and thrilled to be home. Other than my boo boo with the truck, everything went great. No tire issues and as a matter of fact, I never had to add any air. I left with 80 psi and returned with 80 psi! The new self-adjusting bakes worked great and I'm glad I did them before we left as well.

This trip was the motivation for buying our new trailer last January. We knew we wouldn't be happy that long in our 2011 Cougar. Man are we glad we made the switch. The trailer performed even better than we had hoped. We were NEVER cold and NEVER hot. We only had one malfunction and that was with only a couple nights to go so did not become problematic. Oh, it was the damn cheap Extend/Retract toggle switch for our rear stabilizers that broke. What made me angry was that I needed to stand in 3 inches of water, soaking my shoes, to take it apart and then short it to get the stabilizers to retract so we could leave our campsite :( I need to do a search to find previous discussions on a replacement. I stopped at 2 RV supply stores on the road and they didn't have any.

Paul & Deb--what a trip !.....WOW ! Have been following your posts all summer/fall and good to hear the 337 did well and you had a good time. Sounds like it is now time to do some road or track time in the Vette and enjoy the home remodel !!!

I heard of this happening to someone else. Sounds like it might be another item to put in my "emergency, just in case" tote.

I also enjoyed your posts along the way. Sounds like a wonderful trip. Glad you had safe travels

Man... that is a lot of miles! Glad to hear your tires held up. Do you have the tire pressure monitors?

Poppy, we made a similar trip in the Cougar this summer only got delayed a couple weeks waiting for a new axle. Although still a couple years away, I am torn between the Reflection 337 and the Solitude 321RL. Where were you posting your trip?

I sure do. I have a Tire Minder system. I monitor the rear truck and the 4 trailer tires. I check pressures each morning and multiple times throughout our day when traveling. There are great systems available.

I posted regularly on my personal FB page. I seldom managed to double post onto the GD page only because I was too lazy. My personal page has tons of photos though. Hey, take no offense to my mention of "our" Cougar. We did have some good times in it but we absolutely love our 337. Since you have the new 1 ton, I could easily choose the 321. I'm not sure where they save the length though. The cabinets next to the shower appear a little narrower but not by much. I would like the extra width and high profile of the 321 but I don't know. I have a tough squeeze to get our trailer along side our house and not sure how that would work. Heck, I can't even add slide toppers as it is now.

Glad you had a great and safe trip. Thought you didn't have to be back until Thanksgiving, what was your hurry, get back out there, you still have a week left. Lol. Seriously, awesome trip! Hopefully you'll share some pics on here for us non facebookers.
