We use the auto level function on our Reflection 297. When leveling is completed the tongue jack is in the raised position. After we set up at our current location our neighbor suggested that the tongue jack should be down, not up. Which is correct? We are finishing up our first camping trip - ever and thought the leveling process was done when the monitor showed “success”. Please advise..

Thanks,
Greg

I don’t think it matters if the tongue jack is up or down, the levelling system should be more than capable of supporting the RV.

When ever I use the auto level system I always verify with a long bubble leveler to be sure. There'sbeen a few times I had to adjust the rv level system.
