Took the plunge!

Hello everyone.

Well, my wife and I took the plunge yesterday and purchased our first RV; a 2015 Solitude 320X. We looked at so many different manufacturers and always came back to Grand Design. My wife had a question about something she saw in the model we were looking at and called the company to inquire. She was amazed that she talked to an actual person almost immediately and had her question answered politely and professionally. No doubt that Grand Design's reputation for excellent customer service is no myth. Anyway, thanks to this forum...so many questions for us newbies have been answered already!
