Total newbie planning new adventure in a Reflection 150

Hi all
I have joined as a future owner of a GD fifth wheel as we (my partner, me and the dog) are planning to go full time touring in Europe. We are about to order a Reflection 150 Series 280RS, so not quite an owner yet.
Look forward to using this great resource and no doubt will be asking lots of questions. We can't wait to get started! May 2024.

I didn't know that GD was available in the UK, where are you purchasing yours? BTW, welcome to the forum.

Yes GD is available here through a dealer who has been importing them for a number of years, American Fifth Wheel. He brings them in and does all the conversion necessary for use in the UK; lights, electrical system, etc.

Good to know, wondering what it would be like to tow on the "other" side of the road from what we're used to on this side of the pond. How would you get to the continent? Are RVs allowed through the chunnel or would it be by ferry?

I have been wondering the same thing but quite a few that do it and I just bought a Dodge RAM to tow it so I'll be properly on the "wrong" side of the road! However the RAM will stand me in good stead when we venture over the channel.
You can use the ferry but most people use the chunnel; much quicker and less seasick.
