Where did people install the toilet paper holder in their 2400bh trailers?

We didn't. We just set it in shelf next to sink.

Or use your flexible shower head and turn you toilet into a bidet. No tp needed

This is where we placed ours. Works well for us. I did use a backer board to not screw into the counter.

We did the same, plus it can hold a few extra rolls in there too! The only trouble is remembering to stow the thing away before traveling. A few times we've gotten home and found the TP rack in a random place
