I’ve noticed an excessive amount of trailer movement when I’m walking around or my 110 pound dog moves around...

I have the four levelers down so I’m curious as to what some of you guys do the help stop that..,

I have a 2016 Reflection....

Thanks...,

It would be helpful to know what model of Reflection you have (fifth wheel, travel trailer?). This question has been asked and answered frequently on the forum. You can use the search tool at the top right.

You can create a signature block with your RV and tow vehicle information (see mine below). That way you won't have to repeat that information whenever you post or ask a question - and others won't have to ask. You can create a signature by going to:

Forum Actions (on menu bar) -> Edit Profile -> Edit Signature (under My Settings on the left)

The Valtera stabilizers have helped some on my coach, doubt if you can completely remove movement.

Very true, about the only way to remove all movement, or at least all noticeable movement, is to support the trailer completely with the tires/suspension off the ground. Not very practical. :) Something like JT Strongarms are pretty much the only other way that works with a minimum of work, after installation anyway. :)

I'm proud mine's still rockin'. After Momma runs the washing machine I go outside with my chest all puffed out.

These Valtera stabilizers help a lot. We have the electric stabilizers so there is movement.

We use two, one under the entrance door and the other on the opposite side.

It's amazing, those Valtera Stabilizers look so cheesy, but work great! We use on at the very back of the toyhauler and it really helps stop movement, especially when the ramp door is down as a patio.

Sometimes our Reflection will move quite a bit, I put the leveler in manual mode and lift each side of the RV for 2 or 3 seconds. That gets some weight off the tires and plants the leveling jacks more firmly on the ground. I also use a tripod under the kingpin which helps a lot. I used one of the Valterra stabilizers when we had a toy hauler and was very happy with how that controlled movement.

Just this weekend I setup and didn’t put the tripod out. I thought about it but was like that thing doesn’t even help. Well a night of feeling like I may have slept in a boat, I thought I would try the tripod the next night.

Big difference. I was surprised it helped as much as it did, my wife even noticed the difference.

We dont have a tripod pinbox brace, but using our JT Strong Arms with blocks does the trick for us.
