As you know from previous posts we are about to leave on a 14 day trip to La Conner WA for the tulips. Well, I have been concerned about the weight of our 303. So I got it weighed at a friends cold storage business. Keep in mind that the trailer is pretty much ready to go, 20gal. fresh water, clothes, food and drink, dog food, etc... Here are the numbers:
Total trailer = 10,580 #
Pin weight. =. 2,140#
T/axel weight. = 8,440#
These numbers came out a lot better than I expected as my wife kept adding. Pin weight is just a hair over 25%. At this point I'm literally a happy camper.

Boomer - Great info. We have been out on one long trip, but have not yet weighed our trailer. We put 35K miles on our previous trailer, and weighed it on the next to last trip. We have a residential mattress and foam topper so that probably adds to the pin weight. We had about 750# of stuff in our old trailer.

Imagine you need lots of food for Jack to last for 14 days! Have a good trip.

We replaced the original mattress with a 18" mattress in a box so my pin weight includes the weight of the new mattress.
