We have negotiated a deal for this unit and picking it up at end of May. I was initially concerned about the rear kitchen, as this layout puts extra weight at rear, which could cause sway issues. The fridge is over the wheels. I have learned that fresh water tank is forward and filling it while travelling reduces sway potential. To ensure maximum safety, I will eventually buy a ProPride 3P sway elimination hitch. I will use my old Equalizer to take it the 1300 miles to my home. Any info and helpful hints about this trailer is appreciated. We will live in it full-time on our two deeded lots in Wyoming and Blythe, CA. Pulling with a 2020 Yukon XL Denali with complete tow package.
