I have a 2022 Momentum G class
So i been having troubles with no TV in main room and never have had anything in bedroom.
Now i have nothing in main room also and with a satellite i have nothing.
I took the amplifier hookup behind the tv out, says in book when push button it should turn green, mine stays solid red so i figure something isn’t working. I direct hooked cable to my 360 antenna and get 6 channels without booster. I’am thinking booster which has 5 cable hookup spots is not working. There is a blue cable i think comes from antenna which i’am getting reception from. There is a splitter behind booster i think that goes to bedroom, it also connects with white cable to booster. Has anyone ever purchased this booster because it never worked or found a better built one from someone else. It’s all cheap junk.

Most of the boosters only put out one color of LED. If it is red, then it is working. Some are red, some are orange, some are green...

You only use it for on air reception. If you hook up cable, you put the park cable to the "cable" input in the hook up area and turn the booster off.

If you are using a satellite, you hook up directly to the input that you are sending the signal too in the hook up center ("living room" if that's where you want it) and again, keep the booster off.

You would then need to hook up a sat receiver to the other coax output in the living room.

Also..... my 295RL booster doesnt play well with cable or dish sat connections... end up getting ghosted images. The built in booster (in my 5er) also boosts FM radio reception too for the factory head unit. May need tp power off the booster when using cable or dish.

You always need to turn the boosters off unless it is used for over the air TV

With Directv the coax feed to the satellite antenna must go through the dedicated satellite feedline. NOT through a feedline with an amplifier in it. The satellite receiver/DVR sends signals to the LNB on the dish antenna. You don't want this going through an amplifier.

After 4 years I started having issues with the OTA antenna and poor reception. I checked the coax connections and found a really bad install of the fittings behind the amplifier, probably made worse by the trailer bouncing around going down the road.
