TV locked up

I was using the remote to go down thru channels, hooked up to cable. Got up to a very high number and the TV will not respond to channel up or down, menu, mode from either remote or buttons on TV. We unplugged it for over a minute. Same symptoms. It is a Furrion FEHS32D7A.

Has anyone had this problem, or have any ideas?

That was strange. We unplugged it, disconnected antenna cable, turned it on, connected antenna. Working now. Just leave it on the basketball game.

Haven't had a lock-up, but the TV did go completely tit's up about 7 days into our first trip...completely dead, no power...nada! Thankfully, the factory sent one to our RV park in Oregon, arriving before we moved on. I was able to switch the mounting bracket, set it up, and boxed up the defective unit for return (return shipping label included). Kudos to GD for their commitment to customer service.
