TV not working

Anybody have any problems/advice/fixes for furrion tv/furrion dvd player that doesn't work? Bought a new 320x in december and have had out only 3 times and the system doesnt work when hooked up to a parks cable system. others in park get cable but mine doesnt work no matter what i have tried. received manuals for all equiment/appliances except the dv player, of course. not new to hooking up tvs and sound systems but cannot figure this out. taking unit back to dealer 1st week of april for punch list items, but planning 2 more trips before then & be nice if it worked. sound works & can play cds but nothing on tv.

I haven't tried to play a DVD yet, but I do know that there are AV cables running from my Furrion system to my TV. So make sure the TV input is set on AV.

As far as cable, it took me a few tries but I was able to get cable on both my bedroom TV and my living room. Just make sure the cable goes in to the correct jack outside in the control center. My jacks included satellite, cable, living room, and bedroom. I tried every one of them and honestly I can't remember which one worked, but I'd guess cable. Then make sure your TV input is set on TV and do a channel search. My TV didn't find any channels until after the half-way point in the search so be patient. Hope this helps.

Make sure you are connected to the cable jack behind the TV and not the satellite one. There is one of each at each TV.

1 thing to check is the POWER BOOSTER FOR THE ANTENNA IF ON NO SIGNAL WILL COME IN. Little RED button with small light On our GD379FL, it is behind and below the TV...
