Installed a 40" velcro strap to the sink side panel for securing 2 TV tray tables. Tables fit perfectly and are easy to access.
I used (4) finishing washers + (4) 1/4-20x1/2" round combo with nuts, placing two (through the strap and sink panel) near where the top of the trays would be, and two near the bottom.

1) Reusable Cinch Straps 2" x 40" - 6 Pack, Multipurpose Strong Gripping, Quality Hook and Loop Securing Straps (Black)
2) AMERIERGO Folding TV Tray Table (x2)
