Two White valves under the Momentum

Hi
I have a 2023 Momentum 29G. I have these two white valves which both of them seems like fresh water emptying valves but why 2? Another issue I have noticed when I am filing the fresh water Tank for dry camping, there are two overflow drains which is normal but then I have 2 more in the front of it where the second valve is located, which starts overflowing after the first set of pipes starts overflowing while filling the fresh water. Can anyone explain this plumbing situation.

We have tow dumps because we have two tanks. They are connected by a balance tube, if you want to dump quickly, you use both drains.
