I have a 2024 Reflection 100 22RK and I do not understand how to connect cable or portable satellite. OTA television works great on bedroom and living room TVs (booster switch turned on.) I want to connect my satellite and later cable when I'm in a campground. These are the connections that I have available:

In utility connection area a one connector labeled "O/S TV"
In right side storage area a dual outlet (labeled Satellite and Cable)
In bedroom, on ceiling,a dual outlet (labeled Satellite and Cable)
In living room a dual outlet with no labels and the power booster switch

My cable tester shows the utility connector feeds the Satellite connector in the right side storage compartment. It does not show any connection to any of the connectors in the bedroom or living room (booster turned off) although that may just be a limitation of the tester not working through multiple cable fittings.

In addition to this I find a HDMI cable coming out of the wall and connected to the TV. Where is the other end? I do find a HDMI connector on the Jensen radio controller nearby. Could this be the inlet up to the TV? How do I get the satellite signal to the satellite control box if I sit it there?

My walk-through tech was little help!

Thanks!

OK, so back up to the hook up center. There should be multiple coax connectors in that area (same as the water valves)

You are missing the 3 to the left, on the Nautilus panel. (Pic is from a 2024 22RK)

Bingo! You are correct, I completely missed those. Thanks!!

What about that HDMI cable? Is it just a connector to the TV?

I answered my own question on the HDMI input on the Jensen control panel. It connects to the HDMI cable on the TV, making it more convenient to connect the Wally controller to the TV (although I still have to run a coax cable from behind the TV down to the Wally.)

Thanks again for your assistance!

They do make wireless HDMI systems to send that signal to the second TV. Mines works OK, good enough to match the quality of the bedroom TV.

I use a Wally with the Tailgator Pro receiver. The RG-6 cable from the Tailgator Pro to the Nautilus Panel "SAT" connection is shorten to between 27-30ft because the Tailgator Pro/Wally has a max supported RG-6 cable length of 50 feet including the cable length running from the Nautilus to the Wally inside the walls/underbelly of the RV. I carry a 50ft RG-6 to use when needed and come in through a window to the Wally. Hope this helps.

This guy passed away but he seemed to be a real geek about doing things. I say that as a compliment because I like the way he goes about things.

It appears any and all connectors cause issues and the more connectors there are, the worst the signal is. The best way to get the best signal is the shortest route with the least/best connections.
