Mine are heated with massage. They plug into an outlet behind them at the bottom. They are in my slide. One of them has just popped out of the outlet.

How in the world do you get to the plug?????

Hire a contortionist...

In our 320MKS, the other is being the "passenger" side recliner, so it's closest to the dinette. I just pull out the chairs and can get to it. I would recommend a surge protector so you can switch them on and off as needed, plus the grounded plug seems to stay in the outlet better.

Send a small child back there. You can go over the top and do a handstand to plug them back in. Agree with MoonShadow_1911 on the power strip/surge protector.

Ours are always unplugged so we no longer have that problem.

Good idea except my rig is a No Child Zone.

I am able to reach the plug behind mine by reclining then reaching over the top.

Handstand, I have unplugged mine, as I hated something always turning on when I grabbed a cup in the cup holder, or rested my hand anywhere near the switches. Probably going to buy a remote that goes between the socket and plug to turn it on or off.

On my 311BHS the middle section between the backs of the recliners pulls out easily giving better access to the plug. Prior to realizing that I had to get our daughter to get back there. Not sure if yours is the same.

Same here. The heat function on one side of the recliner seats (mine, unfortunately) stopped working after about 3 months. When the other side (his, obviously) also stopped working, we just unplugged it. We're able to reach that outlet (awkwardly), to unplug it, as it's on the cabinet at the back corner of the recliner and there's a bit of space to actually reach down there.

We put a remote then added a surge strip to plug both chairs into then we only have power when we choose

Ours kept getting caught on the cabinet extension and unplugging itself. No way any of us adults (me, wife, buddy and his wife with us) could reach it. Looked all over for a pair f "Go-Go-Gadget arms", as I figure that's the only way any one plugged them in to begin with. Stupidest design I ever saw. Now don't laugh, we took a hot dog skewer, bent the forked end together and wedged the big plug into it. Had to put tape on it to hold it, then lined plug up with wall outlet. Got another skewer and used the handle end to push it into the outlet. Two person minimum job, but we got some togetherness time- LOL! After having to do this twice, we added an extension cord( had to plug that in the same way-Good Grief!) and leave that over top of the recliner whenever we move the slide.

I got on here to day to see if this has happened to anyone else as it happened to me over them weekend. I was able to recline the seat, turn side ways and reach over the back. Looks like need to come up with a plan so I dont have to do that all the time

Thanks. Love the hot dog skewers idea. I tried bending like a pretzel and dislocating my arm to reach thru the side but I was still too short.
I ordered a Grab Reach thing to try I will add an extension plug that should help.

They time out, so it is not a concern.

I had the same thing happen. We have one of those long grabber things like you might find in the "as seen on tv" ailes at walgreens. I was able to position it kind of back in place then push on it. Took a little work but I got er back in place.

Our dealer used gorilla tape and the plugs have not yet popped out. The first time it happened
I climbed over the back and ended up getting my arm pinched in between the walk and the chair. Took me quite awhile to get out.

Thanks for that info, good to know. My thing is I am sitting, and next thing I know, my a** is cooking, or the vibrator turns on... etc

I just put the cheap wally world remote on the outlet, so we will see.

Not sure if anyone else is the same, I just found out that if I pull the end of the couch in front of the outlet, the end section will flip forward, giving great access.

There is a clever plastic part available that sticks on the cupholder over the buttons and essentially makes them recessed. I ordered a pair on the internet months ago and they work pretty well, really don't change the looks at all. Unfortunately I cannot find the order information to pass on.
