I had asked in the past about boosting my signal in the RV for my cell phones. Here is my experience.

Firstly, I did not want to jump in too deep so I got this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0897MKSKX/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1

Twice we had been at a campground where outside I was getting one or two bars and nothing inside the RV. I hooked this up and was able to get five bars. BUT, as has been stated before, it only boosts the signal, not the quality of the signal. So, I was getting one to two bar speed inside the RV.

That being said, next year I will be upgrading to a more permanent solution and omnidirectional.

Still not on the Starlink bandwagon yet and probably won't be for a while.

Consider sticking with a directional antenna over the omni. Does a much better job with just a little work to aim it.

Why the reluctance to Starlink? The price is down to $300 in my area.

Yeah, but don't forget that upfront cost. :) Or is the upfront cost down to $300? But I think the monthly cost is still over $100 per month. Too rich for my blood.

Equipment costs are $300, monthly cost is $120 for home and $150 for roam.
