Upgrading from load range E tires to load range G tires

I'm seriously thinking about upgrading from load range E tires to load range G tires. The aluminum rims can take the 110 PSI. What are the negatives other than extra damage if I have a blowout. :mad:
 
Perhaps a bit more of a harsh ride, but you can adjust the air pressure to mitigate the issue. If you went with the 235/80x16" "G" rated size, it would be a tiny bit shorter, but would still handle the weight of your trailer easily. I ran my "G" rated Sailuns on my last triple axle trailer at 90-95 psi since I had so little, relatively speaking, weight on the axles.
 
We've been running on Sailun G tires for several years we don't air up to 110, I think Gary airs it up at 95 lbs and the rides not bad according to things that can move. I leave a paper towel holder out on the hutch and it is always right where we left it. If the roads are really rough a few things in cabinets fall over
