Utah to Arizona

Hey there to all!
Planning one of our summer, (June 2025), trips and will be at Fruita Campground, Torrey Utah while headed toward home, Peoria AZ.
The plan is to take Utah St Rt 24 east to Hanksville,
South on US 95 through Hite, then meander until we get to US 191.
Continue 191 to US 160 to 89.
We have been 89 a # of times, and 160 a few times, if anyone knows how 95 and 191 are.
if it's not any worse than 89 from Page to Flagstaff, no biggie, just slow and easy.
But, chime in please if you have had that experience.

I envy you getting to take 95 from Hanksville to US191. We had that planned one year but had to change it. There are so many things to see/do along that route. I absolutely love Cedar Mesa. I hope you plan to spend a lot of time on the Eastern end hiking the may ruins throughout the area.

As for 191. It's OK from Blanding south to Bluff (be sure to visit Fort Bluff there). From there on or at least to where 160 intersects it is so-so as I recall; we haven't been further south on it, but given the chance I would take it.

I'm sure someone with actual experience on that souther part of 191 will chime in.

oh - don't get tempted to turn south onto hwy 261 - that Moki Dugway isn't exactly RV friendly.
