Verizon Visible Party Plan $25 per month unlimited

One of cheapest prepaid plans out there and Visible is owned by Verizon.
Anyone on forum belong to Verizon Visible Party Plan? If you have 4 members in your Verizon Visible Party you get unlimited everything including data for $25 per month with some restrictions. Each person has their own account and pays their on bills. You just have to be member of party to get $25 otherwise your monthly fee is $40. They have many parties on their web site you can join but if someone on forum is already in Verizon Party Plan, I may want to join your party if I decide to go this route. They offer a 5G phone that nets out less than $234 after you get your $150 gift card for switching or you can use your existing phone if on list below.

There is an entire sub Reddit dedicated to finding people to join Visible parties. We have 3 lines with Visible and one with VZW post paid. We rarely see any differences in service except for really congested usage areas or locations where VZW is operating on a roaming partners network.

I looked at this a while back and found a few things that held me back:

Visible data has a lower priority than Verizon data on the system. That means you can experience throttling earlier.

Streaming is limited to 480p.

Hotspot data is limited to 5Mbps

5G data is limited to 200Mbps

Support is limited to chat and Facebook. No stores and no calling.

Depending on your employer, military service, payment method, number of lines, group membership etc., you can get Verizon prices fairly close to Visible’s party pricing. It may take some digging to find all the ways to get discounts and not everyone will qualify, but we get about $18 (with all of the fees etc. it’s hard to tell exactly) a month off of each $45 Verizon line on our 4 line plan.

Don’t mean to knock Visible though. I think it’s a good option with good coverage. You just need to be aware of the limitations above to decide if it is right for you.
