Wallpaper peeling

We Have 2017 Reflection 150 fifth wheel. There are places where the wallpaper(?) is bubbling or pulling away. It does not seem to be wet.
I am not sure if this is actually wallpaper or if it is more of a wall board. Wondering how this can be fixed or replaced.

It is part of te wallboard. Also, at least for Picture #2, try using a hair dryer to smooth it back out. Worked for me before. As for Picture #1, that looks like something shifted. You can try the same process, but it looks different to me...

Agree with the assessment of pic#1
Pic#2 you might want to wait for a heavy rain and see if any water come out of this pockets by poking it with a small pin and press with paper towel. If water is in there you have a leak someplace
