Warranty work

do we have to take our unit to the dealership we purchased from or can we take it to any authorized dealer for warranty repairs?

My understanding is that the service should be done where you purchased it. Of course if you're travelling, that's a whole other matter and the reason behind the 'Pledge'. If you want to have warranty servicing done at some other non-GD dealer, I think you should check with GD Customer Service first.
