Waste of space?

Took of the panel in the storage area behind the TV cabinet to see what was behind it on my 2400 Bh to find only an LCI controller I assume for the compass

Is this space open up on the models without compass?

Not much I can do with it but it is a shame that there is so much wasted space behind it. Good tp or paper towel storage area

I assume it's the same in my 2600RB. I'm not going to lose any sleep over it as one of the main reasons we picked our model was due to the abundant storage.

Yes I agree. It is a great spot to store an umbrella though so I think I will modify it so an umbrella can slide in there
