Recently brought home our 2018 GD Reflection 303rls. The manual references the Water Heater (WH) Bypass valve in several places but does not indicate if it is part of/one of the Nautilus P1 utility center valves or if there is a separate valve located at the WH itself.
Can anyone clarify this and, if it is one of the Nautilus P1 valves, which (color) valve is it and which position is which? If it is a separate valve located elsewhere, how do I access it?
Thanks for your help, I REALLY Do appreciate it.

The red valve is the bypass. Vertical is open (flows to heater) horizontal is off (no flow). I'm guessing you have a water heater with a tank. For winterizing put the red valve into the horizontal (closed) position before blowing out and/or pumping in the pink stuff. Drain the water heater separately by removing the anode rod (relieve the pressure first, you can get real wet if not).

Thank you for the prompt response. I appreciate it.
Just by chance, do you have any idea where I can find a simple Flow Diagram/schematic of the P1 set up? That would make all of this so much simpler. As a retired electrical/controls engineer, I like to see things on paper, clean and simple. Then I can see the Whole picture.
One more thing: do you know what the other valves do?
Thanks.

It's the red valve. If you read the function of it there's a hint that it's the bypass valve. Good luck!
