Hello, please see pic.

There is noticeable water leaking when I take off the cover to the Furnace area.
I also see that water has been going in the Frig, settling in the bottom storage compartments.

I do hear an occassional click-click sound sound, seemingly coming from the hot water water heater.

Any information or advice is very much appreciated.

Thanks,
CCE

I would check water lines that are near that area, it's likely traveling from a different spot. The right side looks to be where it may be coming from , the water stains are obvious there. The 2 may not be related
If I understand right, there is water inside the fridge. If there is a drip tube going out the back check that tube for something plugging it up causing a back up.

could the water be from condensation? The clicking from the hot water heater sounds like its trying to light the propane. Hows the propane supply, the pressure goes down in cold weather.

Yes, there is a drip tube and it "seems" to be working, because there is no water in the tray.

I've got the Frig set to Electricity.

However if I turn ON the Furnace/Heater, there is a LARGE "boom" sound when it does. And, the noise is very loud as it continues to run ...and heat the RV, which it does effectively.

Not sure if these two things are related or not?

"Large boom sounds" rarely turn out to be good..................

"LARGE" boom sounds when the heater cycles would, to me, indicate blow-back or delayed ignition - either of which is a significant safety issue. That needs to be checked out by a qualified tech.

In normal operation, shouldn’t there should be water in the drip tray? If not, either the plug at the end of the drip tube or the drip tue itself may be plugged up with gunk.

There may be water in the drain tray at any given time (mainly due to thawing ie, lots of door open\close cycles).

What you are looking for is to ensure there is a connection from water in the tray to the exit of the drain tube out the back of the fridge.

You can test this by dumping 1/8c of water into the tray (inside the fridge) and go out side to see if it comes out where you expect (the drain tube exit point).

It may be helpful to get a helper to watch the backside of the fridge (with the panel open) to see if it drips down the back of the fridge vs coming out the drain tube.

Sounds like you have two pretty serious issues to attend to before something bad happens.

Unexplained water in an RV is never good and will lead to expensive repairs.

As noted above, unexpected booms with propane is your 2 minute warning. I would not use that appliance until its checked out.
