Ok so we park our Momentum 320 G. Tue question is this. I turn the battery disconnect to the off position. Do I also need to turn off the inverter? The past couple times i have gone back to the camper the battery is dead. What am I doing wrong. The generator fires up and all is working then.

It wasn't clear if you are parking it in storage or at a campsite.

If you are parking it in storage, disconnect the negative cable from the battery(s). This absolutely removes any drain on the battery. Otherwise even if you turn the disconnect off there are still parasitic drains.

If you are parking at a campsite, there is no reason to turn the disconnect to the off position.

The disconnect switch on these rigs doesn’t completely disconnect the battery. There are several connections that remain lib all the time. Emergency brake for one, and that leaves a path to discharge. Unless you retire to disconnect it completely, undo the battery cables and turn off the inverter.

I am not sure I understand. You say the battery is dead, but the gen fires up? The gen needs the battery to start. I have an older ('21) 320G, and when I turn off the battery switch, the inverter and everything else shuts off, except what Redapple63 pointed out. If your trailer came with the 12V frig, maybe you now also have to turn off the inverter as it may be on a different circuit? Also, if you have solar, it will still charge/maintain your battery if the shutoff is turned off.

If the gen starts up, you may have a switch/relay issue.

If I pull the battery disconnect on my rig, the 12V fridge is off along with most other stuff, but the inverter has its own separate (huge wire) connection and continues to drain the battery slowly even with no load. I leave the inverter's disconnect pulled unless I am actually using it.

There are things known as parasitic loads such as carbon monoxide detectors and certain electronics with displays.
These will continue to draw from the battery even though the disconnect is used.
I would bet if you disconnect wires at the battery terminal your issue could be solved. JMHO
