What did you do to your Grand Design today?

I've seen this on other forums and and it usually gets a lot of activity so I thought I would try it here. Just a place to post what you did to your RV today, not in-depth discussions but a quick post and maybe a pic. It is a good place to get ideas and maybe a reminder of something you haven't done in a while. I figured it might get a lot of use with the camping season just beginning.

Here is my input to get things started.

Sanitized the water heater
Installed a Boondocker 4 stage converter/charger
Installed two new VMAX Tanks AGM Batteries

Still have mine in storage but will bring it home soon. Recently I installed the battery. Put on my new Mopeka propane tank sensors and put in an RV Airflow kit. I'm excited to try it out. Looking forward to bringing it home to get it ready for the season. Considering different speakers and maybe a new television. You know the "must haves" of camping......

Haven't done anything directly TODAY, but we did get a new water pressure regulator today, and are waiting for a new circuit board for the water heater.

I did a load test for actual amp hours on my newly built DIY LiFePo battery. When I bought the four cells to build it, they were advertised as 302AH cells. The load test today got me 304.7 amp hours.....and I didn't take it all the way down to the minimum voltage per cell. If I would have pushed it completely, I'm guessing I would have ended up at maybe 306 amp hours.

Drive over 400 miles from Amarillo to just south of Ft. Worth. Staying at The Texan RV park, on our way to Escapees in Livingston. Will be there tomorrow for 5 days.

Mark & Mary. Currently hailing from New Mexico and going full time in August 2022.

We put foam behind the recliners on our 2021 22RBE so when our 8 lb dog falls falls behind them (again) she will have a soft landing, and be high enough that we can reach her to pull her out.

Well, not today, but this past week. Installed 2 206AH SOK lifepo batteries, had JC Refrigeration convert our Norcold 1210 to 12V compressor unit and install a Victron Multiplus II 3000W Inverter.

Full detail, removed oxidation and applied a coat of wax. Not all in one day but worth it.

You guys are making me sad. All I did was watch my rig get another day older. [emoji3525]

We installed a TV in the bedroom
Installed a mattress topper on the bed
Installed a door stop at the bedroom door
Took inventory for our up coming trip this weekend.
Way to hot to do much else...but we are ready to go!

Got it out of the barn , flushed water lines out,
Put new anode rod in hot water heater , put new batteries in smoke detectors, got new phone working with one controller, put propane monitor on tanks , charging up house batteries, very surprised no mice evidence i can find i put fresh cab i it seemed to work.

Installed a combination 12-volt plug and USB plug outlet in the bedroom. We like to camp off-grid and the 12-volt plug works well with an adapter for my CPAP machine.

Spent our first night in the new rig, in the driveway just to get a feel for it. Loving everything so far, a real upgrade from our old TT.

Started dewinterising. Roof check, 120v checked, 12v check, plumbing check, bearings and brakes check. Tomorrow, sanitize fresh water and check propane and w/h and fridge. Leaving in 3 weeks for a 3 week trip.

Friday drove it into the dealer in Grand Junction, Colorado for three safety recalls, installation of two slide-out seals and some other maintenance items.

Still just buying stuff to supply rig for our big trip this summer. Today - blue tape, duct tape, new broom.

We measured some of our electrical devices after the wife kept tripping our Power Dog with her hair dryer. We only use the propane water heater now, we are at a park where propane is free.
