I have a 2015 Reflection 323BHS and the thermostat has a button on it called "Furnace" that also has an indicator light next to it. Is this button used for my camper because I can't get it to do anything. The heat works fine when I set the mode to heat, fan to auto and then set the temperature.

It took some internet surfing to find that this is an Atwood thermostat. There is nothing in the literature or manual that came with my 303 about this. According to the attached link, the furnace button is only used if you have a heat pump option on the AC unit. I don't think any GD's have this.

BTW, for Canadian owners who think in Celsius . . . the linked info tells you how to change the readout (my dealer said this could not be done)

Thanks for digging into that for me.

One other little tidbit of information. If you push and hold the "Sleep" button for a few seconds, it will tell you the temperature in the rig. As soon as you let go of the button, it goes back to normal operation.

We have a totally different control panel in our solitude. We do have a heat pump in ours

As a follow-up to this thread...this button appears to do nothing on our unit even though the service department at our dealer says it does. Our salesman says it is not applicable in our unit and the service department basically says he does not know what he is talking about...shocker. Recently, our furnace quit working and they (dealer) asked me to bring the unit down there. I hauled it down without an appointment on Saturday morning and they looked at it on the spot. As it turns out...there is a reset button on the side of the furnace unit itself that needed to be reset. There was nothing about this in the manual...shocker again. I pointed out the thermostat and the "Furnace" button/light that appears to do nothing. The tech thinks the light is burnt out but he really was not sure because he said the unit had newer equipment than they were used to working on. I need to bring the trailer in, in a few weeks for some warranty work and they added this to the ticket. Will report back what they find out.
