What is this thing???

As we outfit our new rig, I’m receiving a lot of things from Amazon and other retailers.
This thing showed up in the mail with no receipt, so I’ve no idea how or why I received it, let alone WTF it actually is!
Anyone recognize what this is? Seems to be some kind of cap or safety scoop, maybe???

It's hard to believe that some people are disappointed with it...LOL

Great for bagged peanuts etc... and wife uses for spices or baking stuff from the Bulk Barn. just leave the product in the bag that came from the store.

I think the issue some have is the more brittle plastic or metallic style bags, they tend to tear and rip even using this thing.

Lol, that’s it and explains why I couldn’t figure it out! I direct ordered off of a Twitter add over a month ago and totally forgot, with everything in the last 4 weeks - new truck, new rig, way too many purchases to keep track of!
But yes, the dangerous late night Amazon perusing is a danger in our household!

One time I ordered a 20 dollar part from Amazon and when I got the notification it had been delivered, I checked the porch when I got home and there was a 100+ dollar Ninja Blender on my porch. I called them and told them they screwed up and they sent UPS back to get it and gave me my money back and I reordered the part I originally wanted and the right thing showed up the 2nd time.

If you didn't order that make sure you get everything you did order. You might of ordered something nice and got that thing...
