We just got back from another successful outing with our 337. No problems, and pulled great. While on the road, we frequently use phone apps to make our RVing life a little easier. Here are some that we use. Would you mind sharing yours?

GasBuddy - Allows us to search out the lowest price gasoline or diesel fuel
Good Sam Camping - Nice app for finding Good Sam RV parks and services
Cat Scale - App for finding Cat scales to weigh the rig if needed
MyPilot - Convenient search tool for finding Pilot/Flying J truck stops
KOA - Kampgrounds of America locator
Google Earth - App version of the computer program. Allows you to get a satellite view of locations you're interested in.
Google Sky Map - A GPS enabled tool for identifying constellations, stars, planets, etc. based upon your current location.

I'll bet there are some other good ones that you're all using.

Hey Jim...I just haven't caught on with the new technology out there. Here's the Palm Pilot that I use...

Geez Dave. I like the lanyard you have so you don't lose the pen. I need one of those for my keys.

Agree on Allstays and you can see sites up close on the map for a preview of fuel stations and campgrounds- like how big the junk yard is right beside the RV park.

Hey Dave,
I see you got the left handed palm pilot too !
Rob

Dave--you’re a hoot ! I see Andy Rooney’s typewriter is on EBAY……..you might be able to trade your crank phone for it……..they will ship by Pony Express today only.

Dan

We use the ones Jim listed plus the C-RV Military Allstays and The Weather Channel.

We use Google Earth when we are planning motorcycle trips - I can usually tell if a road is paved or not.....I don't do gravel :)

I use RV Checklists, a great little app for customizing check lists for set up or breaking camp and getting ready for the road. (especially securing for towing)

I have my fuel prices listed on my trucks infotainment. The MyFord Touch has service (dirt cheap, I paid for 3 years @ like $30) that lets me get fuel prices along my route, weather map to show me weather ahead, movie listings, sport scores, and even skiing information. I also use my nav built in. I do like the good Sams app and the Google Maps as Google maps gives me almost real time traffic information.

We travel with our 4 dogs so we use USA Rest Stops app to plan our next potty break and also fill up from my fuel tank in the bed.

I like to use I-exit , while traveling. Tells you what's ahead off the highway like gas and food. Also lists rest stops.
