Several RVers clarified that the outdoor fridge on the 22 GD 2670 model is 120V AC only and will not operate on 12V battery power. We just bought a used 22 GD 2670. We are going on a long trip and wanted to know if the outdoor fridge will run on 12v since access to the big fridge isn't possible without extending the slide. Just want to keep cold drinks, sandwiches, etc in it. Thanks

Works on your batteries when not plugged in to power, however when traveling, plugged into your vehicle it charges the batteries therefore your fridge will continue to work to you get to where your going.

I cool mine down the day or two before. Then I put 4 ice packs in the fridge. Lasts for a while. Then I throw the ice packs in the freezer after I stop.

The op is talking about his mini fridge outside not the fridge inside
The fridge outside will not work on batteries at all

The outside fridge the op was talking about is 120v AC only.
